I'm looking for a printer under $500 but can stress a bit higher if it is worth it. I had my eye on the Phrozen sonic mini 4k for a long time but my friend bought one and it's been nothing but problems with it and customer service has not been good at all (as stated by him) with parts taking ages to ship over and various other problems with them. I have been waiting for another printer to be released that has the same or better PPI on a small resin printer but with a different company. Should I just wait for a few more months and hope a similiar machine comes out or pick up something like an Anycubic Photon Mono X with lower PPI?

There was no ramp up to getting my models knocked off the bed, it just happens at random. With my nx the adhesion was great at the beginning and gradually diminished over time. Now the real big minus was the customer service. It seemed a real hassle to get a response and the fact that they require the machine id and order number to even start the process of getting help is ridiculous
