The improvements they have made are minimal, but it's a solid design that requires a lot less customization than my Ender 3 where I spent days printing upgrades before it was ready to use. There was no ramp up to getting my models knocked off the bed, it just happens at random. With my nx the adhesion was great at the beginning and gradually diminished over time. Now the real big minus was the customer service. It seemed a real hassle to get a response and the fact that they require the machine id and order number to even start the process of getting help is ridiculous

However, the Magnetic spring steel build plate will not hold the base of the model and you have a mess of stranded plastic on the bed (see Pic). Even after wiping it down with alcohol to get the hand oils off after scraping the plastic that is left behind with the included scraper. Now i have to use glue stick to ensure the base of the model sticks. The build plate my option has failed in 3 weeks!
