Durability

The 5 Best Earbuds For Bass - Spring 2022

These buds have an ANC system that can block out an excellent amount of background sound, like the low rumble of bus engines and office chatter. Their comfortable and stable in-ear fit and durable build are certified IPX5 for resistance against direct water contact, meaning you can use them during a jog outdoors without an issue. Although they have under six hours of continuous playback time, their carrying case holds four additional charges, which is handy in a pinch.

Great features, good sound,really good all-round

Evaluating vs Sony XM4 buds: these k(Liberty 3) are more comfortable in my ears, stay put much better (they have wingtips), and important for wireless, they have great customizable controls. Sony falls far short in the controls and you are forced to choose 2 or of 3 functions (volume, play/pause/skip, or transparency/ANC). Usually with my phone in a pocket, bag or the next room, I want all three of these functions at ones. Liberty 3 and Samsung earbuds allow this

Fit

Preferably something that works well with iPhones. I tried the Airpods 3, loved the sound but they don’t sit in my ears for longer than 10 minutes.

Bill Callahan’s “Drover,” a track with far less deep bass in the mix, gives us a better sense of the Soundcore Life P3’s general sound signature. The drums on this track have a full, round depth to them, and Callahan’s baritone vocals get some added richness. The high-mids and highs are also boosted and sculpted to a notable degree, creating a not-at-all accurate sound signature that is nonetheless balanced and appealing. The app’s EQ allows for plenty of adjustment, so the booming bass can be dialed back to far more reasonable levels

Doesn't connect to charging case consistently.

The good news is that the ANC is awesome, the sound quality is awesome too, especially on the LDAC codec, and they're super comfortable. I bought some Comply foam eartips for them, because they were a massive upgrade in some other buds I've owned in the past, and if they're any better than the silicone eartips that come with the Liberty 3 Pros, I can't tell, so I stopped using them and went back to the stock ones. All in all, these are quite nice, if you don't mind jiggling the earbuds to get them to connect properly, but I do mind that. Especially after it happened on three pairs in one month

Unfortunately, they have a somewhat short continuous battery life of about 5.7 hours and aren't equipped with an auto-off timer to save power. Their latency with PCs, iOS, and Android devices is high, so you may notice audio syncing issues if you use them to watch a video. That said, they have a 'Gaming Mode' that you can use for a reasonably low-latency connection with iOS and Android devices

The Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro is not everything you ever wanted. The main concern is battery life and device switching/connecting. Hopefully this can be sorted out over time. I should have gone with the AirPods Pro which has about the same battery life but better device switching or the Sony WF1000XM4

This is a great thing. Trying to find bluetooth headphones that charge with usb c was a total pain. Finally found the Anker Soundcore Life Q10 and am happy now. Slowly replacing my million battery banks with type c ones now

Mixed feelings, I somewhat recommend

However, I don't use LDAC mode and still have these issues and have seen other people with the same complaint. Also, the earbuds don't always connect properly when taking them out of the case. Sometimes one bud won't connect and I have to put them back in the case and pull them back out. Furthermore, when putting the buds in the case to charge/turn them off, it does not always work

Many reviews recommended the Anker Life P3 as a solid entry on the lower-mid price range, although AirPods tended to remain the gold standard albeit at a notably higher price. Due to the consistent recommendation between reviewers (website and YouTube), I decided to go for it. The Anker Life P3 met my purchasing goals to a T (and I ride Boston's T system now, so I would know!). FIT: The fit feels nice, and the multiple pairs of rubber ear adapters give a chance for all ear sizes to feel comfortable
