The Intel I5 11400 with B560 motherboard is probably a better value at the moment but consumes a little more power and does not offer much in the way of upgrade path. Keep in mind that any Intel "k" series processor does not have integrated graphics.

Great processor with great performance. Would give it 5 stars but it is extremely power hungree with stock settings & to a lesser degree even tuned for lower power while keeping performance. Forget anything close to the rated TDP as that is strictly base clock TDP which very few people will actually use. Rated TDP at base clock is 65 watts but when using turbo even with best settings at drew 140 watts & with out of box settings of motherboard it drew over 160 watts & throttled due to excess heat even with a good aftermarket heat pipe cooler

If you already have the 3600, don't bother with the 5600X, only upgrade to 5800X and above.
