Overclocking further to 3733MHz with 1867Mhz Infinity Fabric gave me an additional 10FPS boost. Enabling Precision Boost Overdrive (PBO) barely made any difference in my FPS but that could be due to me using a cheap cooler.

Unforunately I'm not sure how I can go about reducing these at this point. I have 6 case fans plus the stock AMD cooler fitted. I don't overclock anything and I'm aiming for 1080p on high settings which on any other game is perfectly manageable but Cyberpunk.
