I would check out Altra Provision or Torin. Altra makes running shoes that are natural foot shaped, light and super comfy and all zero drop.

Looking for a daily trainer...

1. Male, 165lbs
2. Neutral
3. Very low arches. Almost flat but not quite there yet.
4. I have a very narrow heel and my foot widens toward my toes so I don't have a narrow foot, just the heel. 
5. I land mostly on my midfoot.
6. Cadence is 165-170.
7. I like cushion, but more like a bouncy cushion, not a smushy cushion.
8. If something were to get sore on a long run it would be my soleus/lower calves. 
9. I run about 20 mi/wk.

The running store guy put me in the Nike React Infinity Flyknit 2's. I really like the midsole and the responsive feel to the shoe.  I would stay in them but that narrow throat and high arch is killing my flat feet. Interested to see what you guys think. Thanks for the help!

Looking for Shoes. For my Feet. For Running.

 Enough cushioning for my Morton's neuroma. Fit great- but run small. I went half size up in Lone Peaks and they were sloppy, but these are perfect in a half size up. Cons: 1

All good except the heel

 There is space ALL around. But another great feature is that your heel and arch are snugly cradled so they do not slip or turn. The "Guide Rail" technology is not messing around - if you are an overpronator like me, your ankle and arch are locked in place. I am a preschool teacher and am on my feet 8 or more hours per day, and these shoes get me through the day with no foot pain

S. - I went up a half size from my "default" shoe size, which I like to do in running shoes, and it was the perfect choice. They're not too big for my feet, but there is just enough room for my feet to swell with exercise.

But trying them on, these felt SUBSTANTIALLY narrower to me in the toe box - my feet felt like they were trying to burst out of the sides, and I could feel the binding of the midsole to the upper digging into the ball of my big toe

Narrower than anticipated

 They are light weight and as someone that tends to slide on running shoes the back of the shoes really last without ruining the foam. They are easy to put on and the back tab is designed well. I wish they had more colors of this shoe.

Good road shoe

 Altras’ are a real crap-shoot regarding quality (soles delaminating) or fit. Their older models were better quality and fit (wide toe-box) and after ordering 7 various models, returning 6, I think it’s time I find a different company.

I really wished these had fit, but they were returned after a 4 mile walk. The insoles “pinched” and didn’t fit well for my flat feet.  This is probably the best option out there to go, for there are a lot of other cushioned options that are available at the moment. They all do slightly different things. I think the glittering 19 is probably the best all-round for cushioning. You'Ve got the nike invincible, which i think nick's mentioned um, which is a lot softer than this, and it doesn't have that kind of responsiveness that this shoe has and then you've got other shoes like the fresh phone 1080 new balance, fresh frontality, uh v11, which is A little bit harder than this same level of cushioning, which is a little bit more responsive

 Training, easy runs all the time yeah kind of it's the glycerin, not much has changed, still does what it does really well. So i've done about 80k in this shoe so far, and it's if you've tried the glycerin 18, it's pretty much exactly the same. Apart from that additional level of dna loft in the midsole, which is not is negligible, i didn't really notice a big difference in the cushioning of the shoe the brooks glycerin range. It'S just basically the go-to shoe if you're looking for plush, cushioning and comfort really and the 19 just pretty much covers that as well

 It just feels really comfortable as you as you're, making every step. I think, although the sweet spot for the shoe is kind of slower, cushioned runs, possibly recovery runs and for recoverings it is an excellent shoe. I'Ve done training days where i've had a really tough session and the next day of my legs have been in tatters. This is one of my go-to shoes to wear after those days, and it just does an excellent job at that

Brooks Glycerin 19 Review: Still one of the best cushioned running shoes?

 This is like i'm chilling with my broad, and you already know you know we laid back. You know we're just doing our thing. Long runs casual runs, yeah like not speed, everyday training um. I can't go fast in the shoe, not that i'm fast anyway, but i just can't go fast in this shoe, but it you know it's a purpose

 It'S super breathable up top here, so i kind of have nothing bad to say about the function it was. It was really working for me. This new upper - i love it, i love it. I love it

 Here it kind of got your foot from going inward or outward yeah, so it added support. So if you want the glycerin gts same shoe added the support so, but to me this feels supportive enough for most people who are neutral runners, most people are, but for those who want the gts version, i would say this review will apply to that as well. Just a little more support, ghost or glycerin, i feel like because this up this updated like upper, i would almost go with the glycerin, because i feel like the 20 bucks extra is now validated for a while there i was like this is still pretty soft, and This is a little more softer, but besides that 20 bucks, i really just you know - save 20., but now i'm like okay, the look the premium upper, the cushioning the cops [ Music ]

Brooks Glycerin 19 Review | Soft MAXIMUM COMFORT long distance shoe

I have mortens neuroma and an inflamed bursa in the same area. The best thing I can advise is to make sure to buy a shoe with adequate forefoot cushioning. That's really your best bet! 

I've been using Adidas Ultraboost 20s and they have helped with my foot SO much. Usually the pain in my foot comes and goes in flare ups but since wearing these shoes I've had a lot less instances of flare ups and I feel no pain while wearing the shoe. I have been using these as my day-to-day walking shoe.

Unfortunately, I have bursitis in the ball of my left foot and even walking is painful after a while. I've been trying to Google which shoes might offer support for ball-of-foot pain, but I'm just getting results for shoes with good heel support for plantar bursitis in the heel. 

So, I thought I'd ask the shoe experts. Any ideas, please??

Are there any ladies shoes that are good for bursitis in the ball of the foot?

Brooks glycerin: This is the shoe I started with. I've had two of these in width D, about a full number oversized. Overall I found them fine, however I stopped buying glycerin because their sole lasted very short for me (I land on the outside of the leg and was through the rubber usually in around 3-400km.)

Hoka cliftons: I've actually had two pairs of this shoe, and it is probably my favorite shoe right now. I've had the shoe in two sizes, the slightly too short US 10 2e which cost me a nail in a half-marathon and then the slightly too big US 11 2e which is probably half too big but it doesn't really matter (the store was out of 10.5). I love this shoe, I would love to have a slightly lighter shoe to alternate with it and that is kind of what I'm looking for

 It'S super inviting it's super comfortable. It hugs your foot in all the right places. It'S got lots of plushness and padding, although it does have a slightly uninspired ride thanks to that dna midsole, which i think could have a little more pep in it. That'S not necessarily a bad thing for an everyday trainer

Hey guys, paula ronan here from run repeat and today we're gon na do a two minute review of the brooks glycerin 19. start that timer now this is a daily trainer for neutral runners, with tons of cushioning underfoot and lots of plushness in the upper super. Flexible upper hugs, your foot, lots of room in the toe box, which i really love, padded ankle collar, heavily padded tongue gusseted tongue, which i love lightweight laces that aren't overly stretchy. So you can get a nice lockdown over foot and not much heel slip

3 ounces, it's a heavy daily trainer and i think the midsole could have had a little bit more pep or a little bit more life. I think this dna loft midsole, although it has nice cushioning, needs a little cpr given to it. Also it's a little warm thanks to all the plushness and the padding in the upper. It doesn't breathe super well and, of course it could use a heel loop
