I've owned LG monitors before (specifically an Ultra 4K). I bought this monitor for primarily the specs! I needed 1440p and 144Hz. I have come to realize that a 27" monitor is perfect for me, as 32" and higher tend to be less precise and detailed for this resolution. The brightness is OK, but the color is awesome on this panel

Great design, sleek, small borders, gonna by a second one to replace my BenQ 4k monitor, and then buy the 32 inch version after that to put in the center for my main gaming monitor.

I am very pleased with this monitor. The primary value of this monitor is its excellent color accuracy, high refresh rate, and G-sync compatible Free-sync technology which makes it an excellent monitor. Only issues: 1) Monitor Stand is massive - will have to buy a monitor arm (any recommendations would be appreciated) 2) My box was damaged, missing DP Cable in the box (not Dell's fault). 3) Very inconvenient cable placement, you must take off the removable back panel and swing it around to connect, while this might not be an issue for some, with such a big stand and not a lot of desk room, it is a bit of a hinderance. But it does look clean, so this CON depends on the user. 4) Alienware Command Center cannot locate the monitor (not a big deal, I didn't buy it for the lighting features anyway, but it could be a problem for some gamers) 5) The stand pushes the monitor very forward, not a deal breaker, the monitor arm will fix this issue but from the back of the stand to the front of the monitor, it is around 9 inches, which is a problem if you have a narrow desk

Thats about it. Its too big, and generally looks ugly. I just dont like it that much, and I feel like it takes up too much room on my desk.
