1 it is only 2.0 so max refresh rate is 100 using hdmi but 144 on DisplayPort. I would recommend this for anyone who wants a step up from 100hz Ultrawides but doesn't want to spend $700 or more on a monitor.

No cheap glossy parts here. Overall the monitor has a premium feel and look to it, and it would be right at home at an office as well as on a gaming desk.

We test monitors with a Datacolor SpyderX Elite colorimeter, a Murideo SIX-G signal generator, and Portrait Displays' CalMAN 5 software.

Color accuracy took a bit of tweaking to get right but even out of the box looked pretty good. Can’t recommend this monitor enough; especially at this price!

Only issues: 1) Monitor Stand is massive - will have to buy a monitor arm (any recommendations would be appreciated) 2) My box was damaged, missing DP Cable in the box (not Dell's fault). 3) Very inconvenient cable placement, you must take off the removable back panel and swing it around to connect, while this might not be an issue for some, with such a big stand and not a lot of desk room, it is a bit of a hinderance. But it does look clean, so this CON depends on the user. 4) Alienware Command Center cannot locate the monitor (not a big deal, I didn't buy it for the lighting features anyway, but it could be a problem for some gamers) 5) The stand pushes the monitor very forward, not a deal breaker, the monitor arm will fix this issue but from the back of the stand to the front of the monitor, it is around 9 inches, which is a problem if you have a narrow desk
