Most VPNs if not all premium will handle 30Mbps. I have a 900Mbps connect in both directions in the UK and I can get maxed using multiple threads using PIA on new gen servers and on AirVPN around 500mbit down and 300mbit up. 

If you use Windows to seed then simply get PIA, using qbittorrent you assign the connection on the VPN so when your VPN drops there's no leaks but Ive managed to stay connected to PIA for weeks without disconnecting but I have FTTH and not the fake fibre.

If you use Linux to seed using a command line box, go for AirVPN as PIA it's very complicated with the port forwarding they use. But you also need to setup a kill switch using iptablea or ufw etc.

  Whereas with airvpn it's much more straight forward and you can connect to any server with your assigned ports.

It's because there is no port forwarding with nordvpn.  So you will not be able to connect to other people who are also behind a VPN and also do not have port forwarding enabled. 

Anybody using NordVPN knows if there is a solution or it's just the way it is?

NordVPN speed went from (without) 20 MB/s to (with) 4MB/s . I'm in the US and I use uTorrent.

TORGAURD IS GOOD, ATLAS VPN IS WHAT I AM CURRENTLY USING, I WOULD SAY THEY ARE GOOD, BETTER THAN WINDSCRIBE, AND PROTON, BASED OFF OF MY EXPERIENCE, SINCE I HAVE USED ALL 3.

I've been trying out a few VPNs speeds via various speed tests

What i like about Atlas vpn is Safeswap server that constantly change my ip. Also i like their tracker blocker. Atlas is a Young VPN service that doesn't have lots of features like Nord but what they have i found it more interesting for me than Nord. Getting new ip every min its great and tracing you with this become very difficult for anyone
