Honestly, I can’t claim that I have noticed any huge changes in the air quality of my room and I still have to open a window sometimes to get the stuffiness out. I’ve never owned an air purifier so maybe that’s normal but I find it all annoying. Now the neat stuff; the smart technology pairs perfectly with Alexa, their app is super easy to install and use, the machine looks great and operates extremely quiet and because the night lights are at the top they really don’t bother me. I would definitely recommend the BISSELL MYair Pro Air Purifier over this Levoit. I'm not concerned with high tech options personally. If it were me, I'd check the BISSELL MYair Pro Air Purifier out instead.

There is now, at least, one room in the apartment where I can breathe without complications. Unfortunately, I don't have the funds to dish out for 2-3 more of these to fill the apartment unit with, so I'll likely be keeping one of these and returning the other (and moving out!). Though, speaking of funds, you can find these off Amazon for almost half the price advertised on the AirDoctor website if you just search around a bit.

No HEPA filter can work properly if it is undersized to the room, but combining two (or more) small machines in a larger room is an option. Having the internal fan pull in air at multiple points can actually work better than one stronger fan operating to one side of a large or irregularly shaped room. Since my bedroom is larger than the kids', we run two units to reduce allergens there, one one either side of our king sized bed. This isn't the model to buy if you want it to work alone in a large room, but it is reasonable for most small to moderately sized bedrooms
