I've been using a hand juicer for lemons and limes for the past few years and I never feel like I get all the juice out. This guy is a big improvement. While the plastic container is a little large and thus all together takes up a bit more room in my kitchen, it does the job much better and I can actually tell how much juice I get with the measure on the side. Ultimately I get so much more juice out of my lemons and limes by using this juicer over the hand held one, and the seeds can't accidentally slip through

Do this, and clean up is a snap. The screen needs a good brushing, brush included, on both the inside and out, but only takes a few seconds.I'm a happy camper.

The strainer became a bit clogged after juicing 6 lemons and required me to clear it out.

the cutting, coring, and processing can take an hour to get 5 8 oz jars. to be efficient, I might like one that runs a larger quantity though faster..

On the positive side, this juicer does a great job for juicing citrus fruits of a wide range of sizes. I was impressed with the 3 piece design that handles that wide range, so I bought it. However, I've found that in practice that I prefer another style of citrus juicer, which squeezes a half a fruit at a time, rather than boring into the fruit while squeezing it, like this one does. I like to be time efficient, and this model takes a lot more time because I have to chase down and clean up all the pulp afterwards, which tends to get spread out everywhere during the juicing
