So-far, it's working with my phone. It took three day for the 24/7 heart rate monitor to kick in. All together it seems to be working for now.

During an outdoor run, the Active2 logged 1.13 miles to the Stryd's 1.0 mile, for a difference of 0.13

It worked well. Hasn't broken with daily use. It has a long lasting battery. Comfortable band

The charging is relatively fast, enough for it to almost be 100 before I sleep after a 15 min charge. Durability/ waterproofing: I heard a lot of people say that they use this watch for swimming, but I'm too scared to take a 250 dollar device into the pool. I wouldn't personally recommend it. The durability seems good though, but I haven't run into any problems

For me, the defective or partly missing health data is a major disappointment. For others, the chock-a-block load of mini-apps will be valuable enough to make this a five star purchase. I suggest reading the list of micro-apps and then deciding if the list fits your needs and desires. Partly recommended

The 40mm version fits nicely on my smaller wrist and the metal finish looks premium compared with the first Galaxy Watch Active. The aluminum version is available in black, silver or pink gold with a synthetic rubber strap, while the stainless-steel version comes in a silver, black or gold finish, with a leather band. The LTE version is only available in stainless steel. The color AMOLED screen is bright and easy to see in direct sun, as long as you have the brightness cranked up to its maximum

I love the sleek and modern design. Simple yet elegant. It is very lightweight so it allows you to move freely. It is very easy to pair with your smart phone

You are able to read texts on the watch, however you cannot respond which is why I took off 1 star.

* Still no real iMessage competitor! Google Messages is clunky/slow and Link-to-Windows stopped working a few months back and the only solution I've found online is to factory reset my phone. Uh, no.

I bought cheaper watches that offer many functions for less. Of course with those functions short battery life. I purchased this one cause its says it offered a bigger screen. Not so

\- The battery saving mode on the GW4 only offers a few extra hours compared to extra days on the GWA2

The band and entire watch is super comfy- fits great. Able to switch the band to a 22mm, which is easy to find online (pictures are of a different band that i purchased)

It's really soothing. Reminds me of an old clock I had in my house and the white noise is relaxing.

I don't like the limited # of apps that you can get notifications with (primarily only default apps, so won't work if you use textra or another 3rd party app for messaging on your android phone). Lasts almost all week for me..

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Watch Active a couple of years ago because my Pebble was showing its age and Rebble wasn't cutting it anymore. I just wanted something waterproof, lasts at least 2-3 days, easy to use, and gives me notifications. I'm probably easier to please when it comes to features than most people. It did the job just fine imo
