I want something that will have a good bass profile and overall sound quality, no muddy bass or piercing highs, and can hold a stable connection to iPhones/Apple products.

I would say the overall sound here is good, comparable to the sounds from the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2, Plus, and Pro for the most part. Good but not earth shattering.

Orchestral tracks, like the opening scene in John Adams' The Gospel According to the Other Mary, sound phenomenal. You get the richness of the lower register instrumentation and the bright treble edge of the higher register strings, brass, and vocals perfectly complementing each other. The balance here is nearly perfect, with the bass response playing a supporting role without shrinking into the distance—you get a wonderful sense of the space the recording was made in, and ideal clarity throughout the entire frequency range.

Bill Callahan's "Drover," a track with far less deep bass in the mix, gives us a better sense of the CX Sport's overall sound signature. The first thing we notice is a strong boosting of the highest frequencies—the tape hiss is pushed forward in the mix dramatically. Callahan's baritone vocals get a pleasant low-mid richness that's matched by a crisp high-mid presence, giving the vocals some treble edge. The drums on this track get some extra thunder, but don't sound boosted to the point of overwhelming the mix

and that is a problem. A $100 pair of IEM's isnt disposable. You should be able to fix them. No excuse for not being able to

But after two or so weeks of use, the left earbud stopped working altogether. I want to love these headphones, because when they were more functional these headphones were the best I've ever had. But as I sit here with one earbud in my ear, missing the stereo effect of what I'm listening to, I can't give these more than three stars. I would buy these again if I could be sure that I wouldn't run into this problem again, but currently I'm wary

Steve compared the Triple Driver with his favorite under $100 in-ear headphone, the FiiO EX1, and found the sound very different. While the earpieces of the two designs have a similar shape, the Triple Driver is finished to a higher standard and did a better job blocking external noise than the EX1.The EX1 is clearer and more transparent while but the Triple Driver's sound is richer and more textured. It was akin to listening to headphones plugged into a tube amplifier -- everything was just a little prettier and nicer sounding with the Triple Driver

I'd previously used some really nice Skull Candies for all my listening activities and years later they finally gave in a broke. I'm super picky with my earbuds because I have pretty sensitive ears and I hate the feeling of any unnecessary pressure which are typical with Apple earbuds and the like. These are super comfortable just like my last pear and slide right into my ear without discomfort or trouble. They also block out a remarkably large amount of noise, more so than my headsets and I often find myself preferring these when I really just want to listen to something without outside interruptions

its just a SHAME! (Look at the pictures) COMFORT: - They are not comfortable at all, you have to find the right Tip for you... the plastic Tip because probably the foam one is already broken

**How the gear will be used** \- At home, relaxing on my sofa. I like to take my time to listen and experience an album (or multiple) and really soak it up.

The connectivity is very spotty. Reviews call these are some of the best-sounding true wireless offerings, but I find that the highs sounds rather poor. My 1Mores blow them out of the water at less than half the price. I know there are differences from a wired set with the G8's DAC to Bluetooth, but cymbals are missing a LOT of detail on the high end with these

* Ability to switch quickly between paired devices using an earbud -- no fiddling with disconnecting one device, then connecting to another device via settings or app!

Just doing a side by side test based on comfort and audio clearness, my old (2015) iPhone earphones (that have been through the washing machine, oops) are better than these. I reached out to the seller, and based off the other reviews, there's a good chance that they will clear this up and I will get a pair of earphones worth the $60 price tag. In this case, I will update my review to reflect any new information. If not, then I will be quickly returning these (and awfully frustrated that I have to pay return shipping out of pocket for such a disappointing product)

We'll see how long they last. I don't think these are any better than most $10 ear buds and I think the Skull Candy's sound a little better, but I went with these because on my last Skull Candy ear buds, the connector went bad where it plugs into the phone. Sounds like an issue with SC so I tried these. Again, nothing special here
