 so if I had it mounted I've got a gap here on the side I might have to figure out you know how do what to do about that so it doesn't fit my my door door way exactly 100% but without those brackets of just sort of try putting some weight on it just carefully and slowly and I could hear the the frame complaining a little bit but here it is with my whole wake fully off the ground and it seems to be highly no problem. So trying the outer ones here we go. So um yeah so this is this particular door frames. Not the sturdiest, but it seems to hold my weight nevertheless

 Without the brackets and you might have a different situation you might want to put the brackets on. In my case, those brackets are just not going to work but it works without them anyway. So until a fall down, this should do the trick I suppose I'm ready. nice

not too difficult to assemble.  It's easy to use and fits under furniture to stay out of the way.  Wasn't too sure about the safety wedge or how it could be inserted in door frame though.  Otherwise, did my first workout and can already tell I'm going to use this for an extended period time, it will not be a short lived piece of equipment in my home

It has taken me a while to write a review because my muscles are now so huge that I can barely work the keyboard. I've been typing about 1-2 letters per day since I received this product. I have rock climbed seriously for 12+ years and wanted something with at least a few holds and multiple hand positions. This has two holds on it, but the way it they are located makes them extremely uncomfortable to use - your fingers get wedged into the metal behind them and for some reason this is extremely uncomfortable to me - and I'm used to crimping on rock faces, hitting campus boards, etc

 Remember, better form with fewer reps will beget better results than poor form with more reps. And this bar also stops the awful wrist pains that come from doing push ups with your hands flat on the ground. I do 100 push ups every other day, and before the bar my wrist would begin to ache and it would last an hour or so following the routine. But now after utilizing this bar I have yet to have pain or aches in my wrists again

 Each variation works different muscle groups. Just google "different pull up positions" and you'll see what I'm referencing. Great for building grip strength, forearms, biceps, triceps, chest, and back muscles. And different variations concentrate on different muscles

 I assume judging my experience with this bar that the sit up utilization should work fine. I also use this for dips. Real dips use your entire body weight, but to correct for this do as many reps as possible.  One point of clearificiation for anyone reading this
