I have just become aware of some of the public tracks on the app "dumbells only WoD", "fitness WoD", and "performance WoD".  These tracks are all free to BTWB subscribers and are excellent for GPP.  I think online programming is usually lacking in coaching, each one of these wods has a video brief going over the workout, the strategy, the movements and intended stimulus.  It does not feel like they are just mailing it in and throwing a WoD on the wall with no guidance

These are all GPP tracks designed for health and fitness, not the competitor.  I think they are great and wanted to share.

My wife wanted to lose some baby weight after our second so we paid for a UK based fitness trainers diet and exercise plan, got it for £50 in a sale. It told her, for her height and weight, howuch of a meal she should eat, gave us hundreds of recipes and also explained when to eat what meals (like having the main meal straight after the days exercise etc). She lost a lot quite quickly.

Diet is a big part of body change. Not a crash diet or whatever, but what you put in your body and when you do it are so important.

 With the pullup extender, all you really gain is a little clearance from the door frame and a wider array of grip adjustment, which is nice, but not a deal breaker. It does cause a little flex in the vertical as the bar is dynamically loaded (about 1/4-1/2 inch, 180 lb dude), but nothing threatening the security of the bar. I like the vise/grip arrangement, it is well thought out. Others: 1) This is the big one--why point the cap nuts up, in the middle (i

e, where your chin is going) of both the "main support beam" and the pullup extender? I know some may be worried about someone dinging their head walking under if they reversed the arrangement, but I'll take that over catching my chin when I'm struggling on my last rep. Big design flaw. It's also not how they have drawn some of their assembly drawings, so I'd suspect they messed something up in manufacture (square hole on bottom vice top). Bottom line--this would be better if the carriage bolt heads were up, vice down, or better yet, the center area was free of fasteners via an asymetric or three-piece arrangement, assuming packaging size is the limit here

I've been searching for sometime for the ultimate door frame chin up bar and believe me THIS is it! Material is not made of light weight plastic or hollow aluminum. This is a solid piece of equipment yet manageable enough where you can remove and install easily at any time.
