Beko WDX8543130W Washer Dryer

Broken

Owned for 2 years, used Daily

Stress Points
The washing machine failed to turn on: a single diode (D7) on one of it's motherboards broke and replacing it (with a STPS2h100 found very cheap on amazon) solved the issue.

Per the submitter's suggested fix - the diode is a schottky 100v 2 amp. If you search by the model number provided (STPS2h100) you'll find them in a batch of 50 items - but you can search for schottky diode and get whatever set/kit in your price range. 50 was $28 at time of typing - but other kits with a 100v 2amp schottkey was anywhere from 3-8 dollars.
