Stress Points- Backrest would constantly squeak VERY loudly and was hard as all hell. Felt like it was made of the cheapest plastic possible with a nice looking skin over it. I went through 3 replacements all with the same issue until I gave up. Customer support was a nightmare. I wanted to spend the money on a nice chair but was avoiding "Gaming chairs" because they are usually shit. All of my friends suggested this so I decided to go for it. Worst purchase mistake ever. Buy a real office chair please.

same here. 2022 evo. first one was extremly noisy on the backrest replacement backrest is crooked in the lumbar sections...
