Stress Points- Spring mechanism on scissors 6.5yrs into owning. With regular daily use in a retail job environment. Warranty department had it back in my hands after a 2 and half week wait between me shipping and return. The two years of use without the scissors working caused further damage to the tool, mainly the serated blade becoming very loose.
At home maintenance with a torx security bit caused the screw to be over-torqued. - Would you buy it again?
