Owned for 3 years, used Daily
Stress Points- Water infiltration through top near brush. Corroded interior and it would turn off and on at any given time. Attempted repair led to discovery of more robust seal on eBay. Motor and electronics damaged from water over time. It would charge but work off and on in the middle of brushing or.just charging on stand.
Positive Remarks- Sonic brushing, multiple modes. Purchased new one but.rinse.in downward direction. Never sideways, or upside down with brush removed so.water doesn't work its way inside.

Had a brand new Sonicare purchase Oct 2022, failed in Nov 2022. Seems chip shortage are taking their toll. Great product otherwise though
