Logitech MX Master

Broken

Owned for 7 years, used Daily

Stress Points
The gesture button (button under your thumb) was the first thing to break after 3 years.

This was followed by the microUSB port at 7 years, which ultimately killed the mouse.
Positive Remarks
I used this mouse every day, 4-12 hours a day for the past 7 years. I think this is fair usage out of this product given how good it is. Plus, newer models forego the two points of failure with a new design to the gesture button and USB-C instead of microusb.

The ergonomics are superb. I used to get RSI, but not with this mouse. It was comfortable to use, and immensely increased my productivity.

The scroll wheel can change from smooth to ratchet. Incredibly useful for flicking through long documents. Side-scroll wheels and the various buttons mean I can have super customised macro set-ups for different programs.

The battery life was decent for how often I used it. Although much shorter than mice that run on AAAs, it was never too short to bother me.

The ability to switch between devices on the fly was perfect for me. So, I used the same mice with my laptop and desktop and could switch between Bluetooth and dongle (it had both) with a press of a button.

Durability. The side button breaking wasn't a bummer to me, otherwise the rest of the mouse was working perfectly up until the port died. Everything worked as it did brand new.
