Stress Points- Headband finish starts to degrade after a decade of daily use, not a user-serviceable replacement. Ear pads should be replaced about every 18 months.
Positive Remarks- These remain fully functional after a decade, no perceptible wear or degradation on any of the mechanical components.

Bought mine at the end of 1970s. Replace the earpads when needed and replaced the jack once (did a lot of travel with them). Yours probably saw more use/brilcreme as my headband is still OK. Like yours, mine still works flawlessly 45+ years later, and I wouldn't trade V6 for anything else.
