Early Failure
Owned for 2 years, used Daily
Stress Points- Vacuum motor. Cleaning Head Module. Edge sweeping brush (replaced 3 times). Rubber brushes (replaced twice). There are constant errors and issues that require reboots, maintenance, and calls to support. Currently out of service due to "error 26" and my unwillingness to shell out $60+ for parts that might not work.
Positive Remarks- Makes very pretty patterns in the carpet.
