Stress Points- Product would never shut off, partly due to the lack of a power button. "Auto off" stopped working and would just stay on and connected and playing in the case.
Positive Remarks- I was able to get a warranty claim for the sales price off at their website. New headphones (with power button) seem to be doing well.
