Baratza Encore coffee grinder

Owned for 2 years, used Daily
Stress Points- The grinder motor died, it had an increasing number of dead poles/spots until it would not start anymore.
From what I read online this problem occurs more frequently. I was able to buy a spare part via a dealer in the Netherlands and replace it myself using the repair videos from Baratza.
