Stress Points- After not being used for about five years, the internal plastic lining has become sticky and started flaking, making the product unusable. Cleaning it is not possible.
I contacted the customer support, since it's supposed to have a 30 years warranty. They replied that this kind of damage is "wear and tear" and not covered by the warranty. Turns out that now a product decomposing by itself while sitting in a closet is "wear and tear". I didn't pursue the questions further since I don't have a receipt, so the shipping costs alone would probably not have been worth the repair/replacement. 
Positive Remarks- The product is otherwise still good. It's a shame to have to throw away what is otherwise a good product because they cheaped out on the materials.
