Stress Points- The little thingy holding preventing the cup from moving out cracked. Fixed it with 3 zip ties. One of which head acts as the stopper, another head which acts as a holding point of this zip tie and another zip tie holding it in place, preventing the cup from moving outwards.
Positive Remarks- I've been using these daily for the last 7 years, dropped them dozens of times, and this was the first time they failed. Of course I had to wrap the headband, which was flaking, and replaced the earcup cushions.

Super glue and baking soda may work, just clean it with rubbing alcohol. Alternatively generic JB weld is a gift from the gods
