I really wanted to love this backpack! I just couldn't. It wasn't comfortable enough and I'm not big into top-loaders. The straps were too big, too, and I am a small person at 5'2". I loved the durability of the bag, as well as the color, but overall it didn't work for me.

Shoulder straps were just super uncomfortable and I had to return it because wearing it with a laptop for an extended period of time hurt.

The backpack is very high quality, but the magnets to keep the top flap down isn’t the greatest and I wish it had the chest strap to balance the weight. All of the compartments are great and it holds a large 17” laptop. Overall, I’m very happy with the backpack.
