I love this knife. Super sharp out of box. Holds edge well. Awesome for kitchen/cooking use with the only issue being food sticks to the blade surface. Could use ridges on side of blade to break vacuum. Highly recommend this knife to friends and family.

This is my wife's new favorite go to knife. Shaving sharp out of the box, nice balance and comfortable grip. We have all the Spyderco kitchen knives now and this one is a powerhouse cutter. A little more expensive than most santokus, but the quality is worth it. I highly recommend it.

I own and regularly use knives made by Global, Shun, and Wustof and this is one of the best knives I've used. Very sharp, light, and holds a good edge. I also own other folding Spyderco knives and I am a huge fan but I didn't expect such performance from their kitchen knife line.
