I've noticed that rope moves more smoothly through this than my other climbing friends' Grigris that are different Petzl models. Really smooth taking for top rope belay and easy to give slack on lead belay. No problem auto-locking on falls. I love the color too. Would highly recommend!

I've been using a 1st gen version of this product for over 20 years...without fail or complaint. I decided to invest in this one just to see how they have developed over the years and I'm very pleased with the new one!
