Kobalt (Lowe's) KXDD 1424A-03

Great drill, great power, like ths battery life indicators. However, it recently stopped working. 2 Batteries both indicate full charge. Im going to file a warranty claim because its 3 years. I've only had this one year with light usage.

Very handy, powerful, but lightweight and manageable for women. Easy to use, so much nicer without hauling out extension and heavier electric drill. Also used it outside to remove screws from treated 2x6 boards screwed into 4x4’s they we decided we didn’t need on retaining wall; worked great!

Read some reviews that said the drill bit would loosen up. This is caused by the electric brake stopping the chuck so fast. I just ease off the trigger to slow the bit down before stopping it. You also have to really torque down on the chuck, but it's not a problem. I would buy it again.

This drill is highly recommended. It could be $150 and would still be a great value. Very high quality, solidly built, lots of power/torque and 2 batteries too! I've used it for 3-4 days without the battery even needing to be recharged. 5 stars.

I requested standard free shipping, and the package arrived two days after ordering ! Just charged the battery today and looking forward to using the drill this week, so unable to rate the battery life yet.
