It’s October first now, and the only way it works is by going over the can twice and by then the edges are really sharp. I want it to work, but I don’t want to spend 30 more dollars on another can...

I love this handy can opener and the way it almost always leaves a non finger cutting edge. Honestly if there is any way the have a kitchen accident I’m going to find it. Most of the cans come open perfectly but sometimes it leaves a little snag and my finger finds it every time.

This won’t get you through tough times. Must use like 4 batteries to operate. If prices of thing keep going up, this wouldn’t get you through-I’d keep an old fashioned manual can opener around just in case this fancy one breaks or dies. Just a thought in this economic situation:)

I really like the can opener as I have arthritis in my hands and some days they just don’t work as well as they should. Sometimes I have to let it go around the can twice to be sure it cuts through but I am pleased with my purchase. It arrived on time.

This is easy to use and the lid comes off cleanly with no sharp edges. It does not work on the very small cans of tomato paste, but otherwise it is very efficient and easy to use. Especially nice for people with arthritic hands.
