I am a big fan of all Cold Steel products of which I have many. I had to buy another Bread Knife because someone at a recent BBQ stole mine. Yes, they liked it enough to pilfer it. This knife is light and cuts easily, too easily and so care must be taken.

Excellent knife. I have NEVER spent more than a couple bucks for a knife, but decided to do a very slight "Splurge" on this one. Great choice. Cuts bread effortlessly. I can cut a "Clean" PAPER THIN SLICE with this gem of a knife. Highly recommended.

This is a cold tempered, German steel, sharp, serrated edge knife. You dare call this a "Bread" knife, it has done everything I have asked of it, strong blade cuts thru everything. Have not cut any bread with it, going to try to cut frozen food with it, first chance I get. Great choice, love it.
