The laptop compartment and the shoulder straps could be much more padded. I'm going to add a laptop sleeve for the first problem. It seems sturdy and long lasting. It's freaking huge. You could fit two-three weeks worth of closes in there if you were careful. I think it's a good bang for your buck.

I love this backpack. 4/5 stars only because I wish the water bottle pockets stretched out rather than into the interior space of the backpack. If the backpack is packed full, it's difficult to get the water bottle in the pocket. Otherwise perfect.

Good backpack, good size, durable, but I wish there were more pockets on the outside. The two external pockets are large enough for a 32 ounce Nalgene.
