Left earbud stopped working after two years, right after the warranty period. Noise canceling is not that good compared to Sony.

On / Off switch broken - Fortunately the battery lasts a really long time, and I try to keep it charged when not being used, but the switch (which I think is a terrible design to begin with) does not "catch" in order to activate the off position. Due to this I cannot update the firmware. Sometimes the mute / unmute does not work on the mic arm. At one point the headset froze, with a repeated buzzing noise, and I could not turn off / reset the headset, so I turned down the volume and left them running until the battery died and they worked better after that. There is another review on this but the earpads started splitting and coming apart after about a year, there were replacements online for about 20 dollars that were better quality, and have lasted me 2 years with no issue, but you shouldn't have to pay extra to keep your headset comfortable.

The sound quality is great, they are nice, professional looking headsets.

When using a dual setup, meaning switching between headset and loudspeaker via windows audio settings regularly, the microphone stops working after a few months. Replacing the surround dongle fixes the problem. Earpads fall apart after a few years

Mine did the same but it was the right ear. They started cutting in / out when I would adjust the volume knob and I could get them to come back in most of the time by adjusting the knob up or down. Eventually the right side stopped working entirely.

Excellent headset overall. Used them for many hours a day everyday for work calls and gaming. Got them replaced under warranty without too much hassle other than I had to send the original set away and wait for the replacement. New pair still working fine 1 year later... so far.
