Middle section is not glued properly. Headphones what make loud scratch sounds once in a while. I replaced it under warranty but issue still exists, although not often.

Comfortable. Love the dial design to change volume.

The joint between the adjustable part and the headset cracked apart right near the mic. I taped it and it’s holding kind of okay, but I definitely have to replace it once I can afford it.

It sounded pretty good for $59.99 and the mic was surprisingly good as well.

Wrist pad will wear out in about 2 years of daily use, left click will fail in about the same time frame. This has been the case on several units I have owned. Improvements I would like to see are a more durable clicking button and a removable and replaceable wrist rest.

This is an excellent product from a performance and design point of view. I have purchased 3 of them despite the other shortcomings and I will likely continue to purchase these because there is no more durable alternative. It is the difference between me being able to do my job and not.
