Pads and cable had to be replaced. 1 screw fell out and was lost, 1/16 Allen key needed if I someday find it.

Earpads stitching gave out within one year. The earpad mounting ring system is extremely fiddly to work with, being difficult to replace as the clips need to be popped in without seeing the holes. Replacement rings can be bought from HiFiMan, or 3D printed (although the clips may be prone to snapping). The best solution is to 3D print the "Ear Pad Mounting Adapter," which screws into the earcups and provides a solid surface to simply slide replacement earpads on.

Attachment point between headband and circular plastic part with branding on it. This part is where the cups and metal adjuster is attached to the headband by glue and two small screws inaccessible without cutting into the headband. Headband replacements can be bought from HiFiMan or third-party ones from Aliexpress, but they aren't the original design and may require enlarging existing holes in the earcups.
