Water resistance, probably. This is the second one actually, once it was exchanged for a new one since it also got water damaged while swimming after less than a year. Also, Fitbit plans to retire the only method of putting local music onto the watch in October 2022, so for me, music functionality is also broken. Riddled with paywalled features.

It was useful while it worked. The first smartwatch I did not return in the grace period. Good sports tracking.

The latch that holds the wrist straps in place. Spring failed. Fitbit wanted to RMA the whole thing, but I just glued it.

Overall and ok watch, though I got it discounted as a replacement for a recalled watch.

The clips that connect wristbands to the watch broke, and according to Fitbit customer support the only way to fix it was ... to throw it away (because the watch was out of warranty.)

The tracker worked well.

After a successful firmware update, the device worked for a day, then suddenly turned off and failed to boot, presenting a black screen.

As a smartwatch, the Versa 2 is affordable and reasonably accurate.

Stopped tracking / working just outside of 1 year (the warranty). I have owned about 8 fitbits (charge, charge hr, blaze, aria) in the duration of my life and they have all broken. When my last one broke, I decided to switch to Garmin and it hasn't failed me yet.
