Repaired

High humidity (water damage for apple center) made the keyboard not work. It cost 1650$ to get it serviced ( they had to change the keyboard but changed everything except the monitor ).

It is a good laptop

Planned Obsolescence. Updated it to the latest OS, and everything that worked great before broke. Battery life fell drastically, and doing simple tasks causes lag.

Great phone without a phone. Worked well for its purpose until recently, and I mean that as a compliment.

Left earbud stopped working after 5 years use (3 years daily and 2 years occasionaly) but in my opinion good enough for a consumer product

Coming from wired earbuds the convenience is great Sound quality is pretty good (for non audiophile listeners) Perfect for the gym Battery is still ok Switched to the AirPods Pro now

It was a good computer and lasted a long time without any issues, I used it for work and then kept it going after my upgrade because it was the only one that would work with my monitor. The breakage could have been cause by the broken RAM brackets causing some kind of corruption in RAM or storage. I paid MSRP, can’t find what it was.

Phone broke after being dropped in the sink despite claiming that it could withstand 3m of water.

The Design was nice, the operating system worked well, great overall product, just don't take the water rating seriously.

Long story short, Apple took care of us and expedited the shipment to the point that it's arriving several weeks earlier than originally expected. Also, they gave my sister $150 to spend in the Apple Store. Amazed by the experience, I wrote an email to Tim Cooks email address not expecting in my wildest dreams that he would read it.

I hate it. Screw you, Apple ;).

Given Apple's consistent conduct on the subject I'm concerned that they'll simply add the examples here to their training set to make sure they fix those, without resolving the fundamental weaknesses of the approach, or that they'll use improvements in the hashing function to obscure the gross recklessness of their whole proposal. I don't want to be complicit in improving a system with such a potential for human rights abuses.
