Stress Points- The vacuum head, carpet nozzle.
Ive been through two. So the lifespan is about 3-4 years. * not the brush, which is regularly maintained and decluttered after each use*
First the felt like trim along the bottom edge peels away. It can wrap around the brush head and cause a stoppage. Then the ball joint, at the nexk of the attachment, becomes loose and one side falls off during regular vacuuming. Usually a nut is present. But theres no discernable way to reattach.
